| Seb said his boost spiked at 24 psi and settled down to 17 or 18 psi, while yours was a solid 19 psi. That fact coupled with the cooler weather we had will make quite a difference. Since his boost spiked high, he had slightly more torque even though it was warmer out. But after the spike his boost settled down to a lower level so his max HP was lower. Just like my boost spikes high (which causes my peak torque to be pretty high) but eventually settles lower, which causes my max HP to be much lower in relation to my torque.
